The first thing is that this is not a hotel or a resort. There are basically row houses / bunglows, with 2-3 rooms being rented out. Given we had 2 out of 3 rooms at this house, and no other guests at the 3rd room, it worked out well for us. It has a proper hall, which was good to have dinner / breakfast. A well equipped kitchen and helpers. A nice garden and the best part was the view (from first floor). Given the peace offered, the privacy and great view, it was an excellent stay for us. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome place to visit, specially during monsoon, lavish greenery all over with mountain and lake water crossing and the view from the bungalow is awesome, no rich service like 3-4 star..it is more like home stay.. so enjoy the Lavasa home stay.. home away home..
