Hotel location is nice near to beach within walking distance . But the management is not capable to manage. I checked in 1.5 hours later than the chekin time as the room was not ready The hotel location is also not marked properly in maps hence faced difficulties in reaching the destination . Asked locals and reached somehow. when I called the hotel for direction and share map.location in watsapp the person said that he is outside and busy and cannot send now. The worst of all is the restaurant. pathetic food. they repeated the menu with items from previous day the Parathas were hard and stale. also the behaviour of the restaurant staff was rude and not welcoming . multiple times on asking for some food or help during buffet breakfast they said they cannot do it and I should manage on my own. travelling with family and kid on asking for a cup of tea. they said they will not bring it and I should help.myself as they will.only prepare and stand and watch getting their bad awful tasted food getting taken by fellow travellers and also they were very unprofessional as they were continously staring at others making everyone uncomfortable. I will not visit and recommend this property. the hotel is in a very good location and has capability to be great but the incompetence of the staff made my experience sometimes bitter.
