Only staff is okay. Room service phone does not work. Bed sheet was sticky. Pillow and comforter covers were in bad condition. No professionalism was there. Many times reception counter was empty and I shouted bro for getting service. When I ordered food, service boy held my breads (rotis) in his bare hands, no serving plate. Bathroom window was broken too and there were bugs (housefly and butterfly) in our room. TV didn't work properly. Signal got lost, same with WiFi. It was showing No Internet Error many times. Frankly, no professionalism was there, which could be seen.

hi all, i am going to share unbaised experience. I booked 2 rooms from 6-8july.Rooms were very good and clean. Staff was also good. Hotel is around 1km distance from mall road. But i would say, if you are going on week days(not on holidays) please don't book hotel in advance as i found many cheaper and better rooms available on mall road and nearby locations. Good Rooms as low as for one day .

The best part is that the hotel is located near to Mall road. We called the hotel staff to ask for location and the person said that we can ask him when we reach nearby and then his number was not reachable. We had to search for the other number then only we could reach the hotel. However, overall stay was good.

Nice hotel, good service. Staff is also good. we have ordered a breakfast from there and that too is also good in quantity and quality.Awesome service, room was neat and clean. I would recommend this hotel 👌

Worst experience I ever had in my life. My room was next to kitchen and disturbance was created even in th night by hotel staff and they keep on fighting to each other. I can’t sleep there.

All good 👍 but they should try to keep the rooms clean because rooms r not that much clean nd I don't think they change bed sheets regularly nd blankets as well, otherwise service is good

Nice hotel for boys, good service. Staff is also good. we have ordered a breakfast and lunch from there and that too is also good in quantity and quality. Good hotel at this price.
