Positives: The rooms are spacious, has an old world charm & the location is just perfect to access all the important landmarks. The hotel, though an old one is impeccable in its maintenance & services. We also got a free upgrade to a much better room Not so positives: The indoor dining area is very compact and tables are not good enough for fine dine (may be works for a cafe). The breakfast & main course has limited items as compared to other 5 star hotels and service during the breakfast lags and slow. Special mention: The staff members are very hospitable and caring. They gave us a room upgrade, got us complimentray fruits for my little daughter and always engaged in some sweet talk to add a human touch. Some of them who left a mark include: 1. Lakshmi. V - for excellent room service & house keeping 2. Muskan - for always checking on our stay experience 3. Roshan - for getting the room in order & helping us change rooms (thanks to an upgrade) 4. Navraj & Sumit - for excellent dining experience
