it could have been 5 stars just for the amazing spacious room i believe it was the designer junior suite . fabulous room .very comfortable..but I wish I could say the same about the service and the really poor incident that happened on the last day..the staff came in the room and checked the mini bar first which is fair enough ..that point is agreed..then they went to the bathroom to check i don't know what things..and that too in front of us ..it made us look like we are thieves ..and then they started changing the sheets in front of us before we leave the room..this is basic lack of training ..and the hotel needs to solve the issue ..there is hardly any staff we see on the premises.the pool is just a waste of time but nothing to complain about there because we are really not interested in that ...but again the last day incident should not have happened ..

It is a good decent place to stay for one or two nights. It is at a equal distance (about 15 mins) to Baga and Anjuna, situated in a no noise environment, so that's the good part.There is a woodfire Pizza store on the ground floor and reception is shared with that space. If you opt for breakfast, you get decent enough Pav Bhaji, Fruits, and Eggs to order. There are hardly any amenities apart from the rom and wifi. Reception lobby has a nice book collection and place to sit and read, good for a hot afternoon. There must have been a pool at some time which is not usable now.Parking could be a problem, so check before you go. Staff at the reception, and the ones who prepared breakfast were extremely friendly and cooperative.

Pros: Very clean and hygienic hotel with marvelous decor and ambiance. Rooms are clean, well lit with comfy ambiance. Restaurant food taste, freshness and hygiene is fantastic. Craft beers are fresh and taste great. Cons: Location of hotel is OK without any scenic views (on the road near the petrol pump). During our stay, most of the room service menu items were not available (deserts). My daughter was disappointed as none of the deserts she chose was available.

We had a beautiful time at Anamiva , the staff were curious and willing to help whenever we asked for help. Daman was outstanding with his work… since my baby was small I had to ask them to help with washing the milk bottles everytime and they agreed to. The property was also nice with a pool , we enjoyed the stay. Prawns cocktail , daal kichidi are also delicious from their hotel menu, don’t forget to try them!

One of the finest hotel in goa with terrace balcony, room is so clean ane fresh, just loved it. Fall in love with ambience of the hotel. As an architect i personally recommend this hotel for every creative designer's and also for newly married couple.. Ambiance, swimming pool, private terrace balcony, huge bathtub with terrace view and many more...

The property is good, compact in size. We had booked the penthouse suite and considering it is the highest category of room, we had expected some additional perks from the hotel, but we were disappointed. The buffet breakfast was weak and offered very limited, basic options.

Good service and food Ample parking space and rooms also spacious. Weekend vibes are there.. also you can enjoy food near swimming pool. Fine dine and bar option available near pool side. Nearby places are also good and all are nearby Room and spa mist try.

Stayed for 4 nights. The hotel is situated at an easily accessible location, the rooms are spacious and clean, staff is very friendly and spacious, pool and restaurant area is beautifully decorated. The hotel has a nice vibe to it. We loved our stay.

Enjoyed my stay. The staff provided us a cake for our anniversary.Food at the restaurant is decent though a bit pricey. The spa and wellness centre has not yet started at the premises. lovely artistic walls. Good staff .👍👍

Location is good .. property is very clean. But not worth the price.. bathrooms are very very small . Furniture placement is not good inside the room.. who put coffee table and chair in front of the bed and TV
