Hotel management are not very clear about, the online booking process is not clear to them, I suffered for an hour at counter for getting my reserved room, finally they shifted me to another hotel after so much discussion, Bad experiences i had

> AC didnot in work due to wires cut by RAT (in Diamond room), that clearity on late night due to there was light cut on entry time. > At midnight by mistake master electricity switch off room services boy .
