Anant Sea View Rooms

Most Dirty. No Sanitization, bed was full with 🐜 ants, one of most dirty swimming pool (literally smelling), no hot water, TV won't be functioning, AC without remote . Room service is not even in their dictionary.This was my 10th anniversary. And one of my most pathetic experiences with this room. The first thing was while reaching there he didn't give proper address means he was very casual while dealing like he has already received full money and he doesn't bother. As this was our anniversary day i requested 2 days in advance please decorate room as surprise(I confirmed that i will pay that extra cost)however nothing was there. I thought maybe this is a busy day so forgot. Somehow by hunting for longer time we reached hotel. The reception staff just gave me key asked me to go upstairs. No one was there to showroom. I was alone searching room along with my family and luggage no room number or nothing displayed at outside room. Once we entered the room was completely dirty. We found that bed and blanket were full of 🐜🐜ants.. You will surprised to know that they even not have Entercom inside room...you have to come out of room in common passage call them...like what we do in chall system..While I asked the service staff to get it clean firstly he was very much casual like it happens but when my wife forced to replace they just replaced the bedsheets and blanket not the mattress or pillow. Thank god we always carry our own bedsheets as safety and this saves us. Where as for the cleaning room staff said will come back again who never come till now (we check out room now). Once we back from beach in evening we noticed that there was no hot water. (Hot water will be in morning only). Only reason I book this resort was swimming pool. So before dinner i thought to take my kids for swimming however water was smelling like hell. This was seriously unbelievable experience. You can visit anytime and you will find this. They are not even having there own car parking premises. While operating AC I asked them for remote where as they denied to provide saying that we will come and adjust whenever you want (imagine during day they are not coming for room service how come they will come in midnight to adjust AC in case needed). Actually they are marketing it as saying beach side view but they won't give you room with beach side view. They literally spoiled my anniversary trip. My small daughter was very angry looking at this service. I was supposed to stay for at least 2 days but i wind up my trip in a single day and return. It will be really appreciated if you take any action or at least Please let me know how you are going to handle it with any strict action.Regards, Samadhan

Do not fall for the looks. Saw a lot of negative reviews but still went against my gut feeling to take a gamble. Below is my experience.1) Was difficult to find the location by its name. Maps are incorrect and locals don't know the place2) Room was dusty and the linen was dirty with visible footprints on the sheet. When asked for a room change, management had the audacity to say that they will have to clean this room if they gave us another.3) Cable was not working for 3-4 hours and had to reach out to the desk multiple times and dance on their heads to get it working4) No intercom in the room and you have to go physically to the desk which is in another building across the road5) They had only basic free channels. So don't expect any sort of the regular entertainment of mainstream channels5) Management denied mineral water service as a room feature inspite of it being clearly mentioned. Had to argue for 10 minutes to get a bottle of water which was a part of the room we had paid for.To summarise, be prepared to have a bad experience in reaching the hotel, staying in basic rooms, fighting with the management to avail the services that you have paid for or save your time, money and effort and book something else.

I'm giving the hotel two stars for its decently sized rooms and proximity to the beach - These are the only positives of this hotel, according to me. Basic amenities such as a simple wardrobe/cupboard aren't available. The swimming pool was visibly lined with moss, it wasn't inviting at all. The thing which disappointed me the most was the amount of garbage piled around the hotel. The name 'Sea View' doesn't really apply as you cannot actually see the sea from here, it's a five-minute walk away. It's a decent choice if you're on a tight budget, but if you have other options, please go for them.

An excellent Place to stay. Location is very nearby to the beach surrounded by safe and scenic environment. Staff is polite , cooperative and courteous ( especially Ravi). Food was good and homely made. I would recommend this hotel for every genure of travellers. Property is new and the building beside ( Mahtre holiday home ) belong to same owner. Satisfied with the aminities except the phone network is very weak due to vegitation.
