Feedback for Anchviyo ResortI recently stayed at Anchviyo Resort, and while the property has potential, there are several areas that need improvement to enhance the guest experience, there is lot of difference on actual location,1. Guidance and Information:There was no proper guidance available. It would be beneficial to have staff available to explain the property’s layout and activities.Suggestion: Adding directional signboards throughout the premises would help guests navigate without confusion. Providing a resort map at check-in would also be a valuable addition.2. Property Condition and Maintenance:The property seems to be undergoing a lot of construction or repair work, which detracts from the overall ambiance. The premises were not well-maintained, especially the outdoor areas, with damaged plants and overgrown weeds. Suggestion: A more regular maintenance schedule is needed to ensure the outdoor areas remain appealing, even during the rainy season.3. Amenities and Outdoor Activities:Unfortunately, most of the outdoor activities were closed due to rain. While this is understandable, there was no prior communication about this. Suggestion: It would be helpful to inform guests in advance about the availability of activities, especially during the monsoon season, to avoid disappointment.4. Food and Dining Experience:The food was delicious, and it’s great that you offer both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, with separate kitchens. However, the food seemed a bit overpriced. Suggestion: Consider offering food-inclusive packages during the booking process, as this would be more convenient and cost-effective for guests.5. Cleanliness:The cleanliness of the property, especially in common areas, was lacking. This left a negative impression. Suggestion: A more thorough and regular cleaning routine would significantly improve the overall experience.---Overall, while the resort has a lot to offer in terms of location and food, there are key improvements that need to be made to match the expectations and enhance the guest experience.

While the location is at the serene river front - a beautiful and calm environment ,It's better to stay at home instead of going through a horrible service offered by Anchaviyo. They claim its a 3 star property, but services such as food and activity room are substandard, we had ordered corn and Organo soup which was served in mild hot condition, when we requested the staff to get steaming hot soup, the soup was taken back to reheat but when served for second time- it was still mild hot. Resturned to heat for the third time - consequently, the taste changed due to multiple reaheating, and finally, we couldn't have it.Noodles didn't have enough vegetables, pizza had 2 pieces olive as topping, and every dish was of low quality, In the activity, the room- air hockey striker was broken, and the bow and arrow target were lying on the ground, and so on..Waste of money and time.

It was a very nice location near river. Rooms & premises are very neat & clean. Staff is very cooperative. There are many activities included in the package like kayaking, boating, swimming, indoor games, cycling, gym, outdoor movies etc. They have different restaurants for Veg & Non Veg. It will be extra advantage for Vegetarians. Jain food is also available. Food quality is also very good. Checkin time is 2 PM, still allowed to enter premises before check in time & do activities. There is no TV in the rooms, So you can spend time with family members & do different activities with them like boating, swimming, cycling. Play games like carrom, chess, table tennis, bed minton, pool, Archery etc.

Staff is not hospitable. Nobody readily comes on calling. Need to maintain swimming pool in much better ways. Lifeguard or pool maintainance guy should always stay by pool lest any mishap happens. Food is very very costly like they are serving on moon. Order all food in one bit as it takes 20 to 30 min for each order. Sheets on wall curtains are not washed since ages. Heritage looking furniture in rooms have broken handles. Many drawers are not usable. Some plugs switch do not work. Outside the resort is well maintained but they could do lot more. Resort is good for visit for only single night as it is heavily priced. Definitely it is not worth the money.
