The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Jabalpur. Reception Staff were very cordial and handled our Check in and Check Out process efficiently. Room was just adequate for us as couple. Furniture & Linens were of very good Standard. All the other Staff from Room Service, etc. were very friendly. Food was tasty. Overall a very good stay with Hotel Ankit by M Square.

1.Location and food wise recommended to stay because very close to railway station and easy to access other transport. 2.Staff is very cooprarative issue: TV is not working all 3 days stay and 2 days night time electricity is not available this is very pathetic with children to stay at night. few curtain missing because of this full night outside lights are come inside , I suggest hotel to manage in future.

It was my second stay at this hotel as my previous experience was nice. I received the same hospitality this time also.i booked a deluxe room and this room also had minibar and locker facility as well which is normally not available in deluxe rooms. All the appliances ac/ tv / coffee machines ran smoothly , beds were cosy and cleaniless was there and inhouse dining is also nice.so overall i am satisfied

worst stay experience. Very unhygienic and dirty and after informing reception that toilet sheet is very dirty, he did nothing. I booked deluxe room with double bed room but they provided me twin bed room and do not have guts to say we have twin bed room, just handed me and told go to your room. TV was not working

The hotel is very near to the railway station and I did stayed here earlier also but this time the room which was given to me in the second floor 212 was not up to mark. The bathroom was stinking unbearably and TV was not recharged so the night I stayed was a bad experience for me. Staff behaved well.

I loved the ambience and humble staff of this amazing hotel. I stayed solo, and I was so being there. I think everything was good, sometimes there are not enough staff who can attend you for any service such as food, snack or travel arrangements.

Hotel staff is rude and unprofessional. Unnecessary extra charges that they do not show in bills and really bad service. Not worth the money they demand for their rooms. non cooperative behaviour of hotel staff

frequent Power off and no alternative of it is the big problem , small rooms and poor response from receptionist.They charged extra amount for 1-2hr late check-out even when checkin was at late night 2am.

Nice experience. Staff was cooperative and complimentary breakfast as well as other food items were tasty and served nicely. We even got a free upgrade from deluxe to studio room

The room was ok, not as clean as I expected, but ok. Food in a restaurant was disaster. We got some digestive issues after, and it tested also very bad.
