⭐️⭐️ 2/5 – Overpriced & Not Even a 3-Star Experience The hotel is far from a 4-star property and does not even meet 3-star standards overall. It appears to be an old property under renovation, with ongoing construction work that disrupts the experience. Issues Faced: • Room Amenities – The fridge was not working and did not have any stocked items, which was disappointing for a hotel claiming to be 4-star. • Pool Area – Extremely poorly maintained. The pool had fallen leaves and coconuts, creating hygiene concerns. The lack of proper cleaning raises serious infection risks, making it unsafe to use. Additionally, there was no changing area near the pool. • Bar Service – Extremely disappointing. When called, the staff mentioned they had hot beer since none were kept in the freezer. After multiple calls, they said only English single malt beer was chilled, while others were not. No complimentary snacks were provided, and cocktails were poorly prepared, with cold drinks and water served separately instead of being properly mixed. When asked for Bacardi Lemon Rum, they either did not have it or did not know how to serve it properly. • Pricing – The cost is unjustified for the quality of service and amenities. Not worth the high price, and definitely not a 4-star experience. What’s Good? • Breakfast Buffet – One of the few positives. The buffet had a good variety of options and was well-prepared, meeting 3-star standards. Additional Note: There are two Annai properties nearby – Annai Resort and Annai Celestial Resort. Make sure to confirm which one you are booking. Verdict: Not recommended overall. While the breakfast was decent, the poor service, lack of hygiene, broken amenities, and high prices make it not worth staying at. Needs significant improvements before it can justify its pricing.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is perfectly suited for a family getaway. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing all the comforts we needed. ** The best part was the extra bed, was an actual provided extra bed** The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, shopping, and dining options (though food is great at the hotel). The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure our stay was pleasant and hassle-free. We especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the quiet, peaceful atmosphere that made it easy for us to relax. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great family-friendly stay in a convenient location.

Hotel is at the prime location and walking distance to the sunrise point and watch tower. Though the hotel is under renovation, the lawn and sea view point from hotel is Very Good, Rooms are comfort enough to accommodate 3 / 4 personnel stay. Breakfast quality is very good. Welcome greetings from hotel with drink and shell garland is really a good surprise.

By looking at the Pics we expected a lot about ambience but actually it's not the case. Rooms are clean but small compared to price. Staff is good and service is good .More breakfast options and serves hot if we requested . Location is good and pool is decent enough to enjoy. Good

We stayed here on 15th August 2024. Hotel is near to beach but the view from room is not good as the glass window was not clean. The room was noisy as some construction work was going on. Tea bags provided were past their expiration date. Overall, the stay did not justify the price.

Poor service in all means... the whole property is under renovation.. dust and noise of drilling machines... first time i experience such a tragic vacation.
