Owners are fantastic people. They helped us many times since it was our first time in goa. They arranged vehicles for us too. They also arranged ISLAND TRIP for us. Now coming to the room(2BHK): Clean Nice Very Large( enough for 5-6 people ) Running hot water(24×7) Near to famous bars and beaches( max 5KMS) Value for money. Overall It was perfect experience for us. I would recommend it to the fellow travellers. Thank you!

This is an awesome place and once u enter it u become a part of their family . Mahesh uncle is just awesome he is very helpful and our journey wouldn't have been successful without his guidance . He gave us own activa as rates were high outside because if weekends and guided us every time about the places to go . Room is also very good . Must visit without any hesitation .

it is a homestay facility and at a very convenient location.. it's just 2 kms from Candolim beach. it is a 1 bhk flat as mentioned and has all basic amenities like tv, fridge, drinking water, 24- hour hot water etc. would surely recommend ppl to stay here. the owner is very helpful and u can even hire his bike to ride around Goa

First,thanks to mahesh uncle.it was awesome stay for 3 days here.He allowed us for early check in.Mahesh unlce guide us everything where to go and where not.he also provide us bikes with low price..plz stay here if u want to stay in north goa..all beaches r near ..go stay and njoy..don't think too much. .

Hotel Annapurna is a perfect family hotel . It's location is nearest of all the beaches . Mahesh Uncle (owner) is a helping nature man. He gave us proper schedule and even provide us with scooters . Room is neat and clean with . Overall we feel there as our own home .

the apartment was good..we have taken AC room for 4 members...it takes 20 mins to reach calangute...worth for money...the owner was kind hearted and very good...we are thankful to him....he suggested good packages near by...totally its very nicc apartment to stay..

this is a large 2bhk flat so 6-7 peopele can easily stay in this the one room of flat has a/c they also provide us tv and fridge also i have recommended this guest house to many people and i am willing to stay here in goa.

Nice location to stay. many beaches are nearby. nearest beach is coco beach @2km. Candolim beach approx 3km. Highly recommended for families and bachelors.
