The moment we reached the hotel, the receptionist asked us about the rate at which we had booked the room. The room's entrance had garbage all over the area, and beetle stains inside as well as outside the room. It was a corner room of very irregular and small size. The room had no ventilation. AC was not working. The bathroom was dirty. The sheets were not clean. Toiletries were not provided. No towel or glass was provided. After asking for 3-4 times we were given toiletries. The room service was also bad, we got our food more than 1 hour after placing the order. At least the taste was okay. The only thing good about the hotel was its bell boy. Who was humble and polite. He dropped as well as picked up our luggage promptly and courteously. It was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. Also, i would not have a mind to pay few extra bucks for getting a standard and reasonable treatment, but about this hotel made it look like an amazing hotel at very budget price, which it clearly is not ( budget yes, amazing BIG NO).Everything from room to amenities, service, behaviour.

Worst hotel to stay. AC not working neither getting serviced by the hotel. 4 times room changed still no proper service. Rooms are dirty. Bathroom is in worst condition. Pathetic, worst, disghusting service I have ever experienced.

Towel not provided. Drinking water is charged.google location wrong . Service and staff behaviour very good .
