I was about to give 3 stars for my overall stay coz of room size and cleaning (washroom specifically), but the reception lobby and the hotel staff have lifted the show and there I am giving 5 star. They were so Cooperative as our train got delayed and they allowed us to keep our luggage for 9 hours after checking out and also offered us to sit in the lounge for couple of hours. This behaviour was splendid and I was impressed. Thank you.

Staying in the business class rooms is worth the extra cost due to the excellent access to various places from the hotel. The amenities and restaurant are also impressive, offering a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience.

Very pleasant experience. The hotel is well furnished and has a great ambience. The staff are polite and helpful. The location is a big plus. It is close to shops and sightseeing attractions. Would definitely recommend.
