Extremly bad expierence, pathetic. Its just for name sake it is Fern Brand. We paid for a one night and such room size is not accepted at all nor the rooms are upto the mark at all. It just like a normal 2* hotel who should charge max. Also their was no Buffet breakfast at all as no guest. We book such brand that BF is USP but they charge you high money and send Cold food in room saying Guest nahi hai. If they charge us such high money Dnt go by this. Very bad expierence. We took wrong decission booking Highly recommend not to go for this property if charges are above not worth at all. Fern is just name but otheewise such basic local hotel. Staff is also not polite they dnt even care about ppl. I need full refund for such wrong behaviour.

Arova Woods was a beautiful cozy property, well maintained with a lovely pool, garden, quaint restaurant and vert polite staff. We stayed in the garden facing balcony room. The room size was small but the overall room and bathroom and their service was really warm. The staff even enquired if needed anything before they called it a night and even came handing us some soaked almonds in the evening. That was a lovely touch. The breakfast spread was good with lots of healthy options as well. There is also a very nice restaurant just next to the property in case you'd want to walk and eat out. We had fun. Our son also enjoyed his stay. The location was also not remote and right on the highway so it was easy to locate.

It was such a superior experience we had at Arova Woods by the Fern, Lonavala. Nice hospitality, Food Quality is too awesome, Number of dishes served to be increased as Chinese dishes are not in Menu...Also need to upgrade Starter Items. But good thing is we can do swiggy or Zomato for food at our doorstep. Overall it was a nice experience.

The property is breathtaking. It actually gives Goa vibe. We were here for one day and we feel we should have booked it for more. The food is good. We booked suite super z that came with jacuzzi and private swimming pool. The staff is very polite. Also the property is quite flexible when it comes to the outside food.

Flush in one room kept falling, before the checkin they were fixing with tape, but after checkin it was in same condition, couldn't use it. We requested for rooms on same floor, since we booked 2 rooms, even the room on top floor was vacant, they denied the stay.Could have been betterly managed.

One of the best Properties in Lonavala main road. Best thing about the hotel is the staff - courteous, timely and helpful. My family had a relaxing vacation. Swimming pool is well maintained. Balconies are huge. It's nearby Oven Fresh restaurant so food is sorted. Go for it. Safety is good.

Hotel staff is very helpful & courteous. Location is on the main road. However, facilities can still be improved. Cleaning & maintenance can be improved. Although food was good but the options were limited. For the price we paid, it doesn’t match the quality for the same.

Room ac did not work half the time due to generator outage. Basically we were charged for AC room but got non AC room. No discount/refund was offered.
