Worst stay we had, the property is not maintained at all, the pool is filled with dirt in water. Cafe is not operational The main door has gap from the frame through which anyone can see inside The fan was slow the caretaker says to balance the load The room seems big in pictures but is very small tight squeeze for two people Bed was so cheap quality you can feel springs on hand if pushed The chair outside the room was full of dust you cant sit. The tap in bathroom was leaking if turned to switch from tap water to shower water The toilet seat was so close to wall that your knees will touch the wall if you sit on it and face would slam! The lights in the room are so dull you will feel depressed if you stay in the evening in room so we came late to directly go to sleep!

Pathetic stay, please refrain from booking artisan or staying in this place even if it's for free. I will list down all the problems in details below - 1. Unclean washroom: Extremely dirty washrooms, no cleanliness at all. 2. No hot water 3.AC was not working : on highlighting , they changed the room but we faced the issue in other room itself, there was a power issue probably 4.refrigerator not working : same power issue must have led to this 5.tiny rooms : the rooms look big in pictures but are extremely small with very Lil space to move only positive about this place is location - which is near to beach but you will loose out on all the mental peace if you stay here

Booked the Hotel from looking at good Gostays reviews - highly disappointed with lack of amenities. Suggest Goibibo team to visit the hotel which is rated more than 4 stars and the facility is actually not worth 2 stars. Paid for the whole day - check-in starts at 22nd Dec 3 PM. took a late flight, informed the hotel that we would reach by 23rd Dec 2AM. Toilet paper finished. AC drain hanging in the bathroom in a bucket. Needed wifi connection but there was no response to our message. No service at the reception. Serious Question marks over safety with such a weak lock to protect your in-room items.

I would recommend this place to couples and families. All the rooms are really well maintained. The cafe serves really nice food. My personal favourite is Prawns sukha Pav, its a must try and the sandwiches are mind blowing. The service was absolutely fantastic and the host Anup was really helpful in guiding us for nearby local restaurants. I would definitely come back.

The hotel room is very small. The room was not in good condition. The bathroom conditions were not good and unhygienic. No hot water and tap water taste salty. For breakfast they only provide one dish per person. photos we're taken long back ago.. as of now the hotel conditions not like as showing in photos.

I stayed with my friend's for one day .. I am happy that i didn't book more than that ... place is small with limited staff.. room is okay .. their is no phones to call reception ,you need to go out of the room if u need anything... property needs maintenance and more people to work.

The staff is kind, rooms are clean, comfortable. The food is lip smacking, you should definitely try everything on breakfast menu and coconut milkshake. Loved the dance night and classical music on sunday morning. Close to beach, perfect for couple and friends.

A very decent place for stay with acafe attached to the hotel.. They provide all the essential amenities. I personally had an amazing stay here.. Although there are only two cons: 1. No proper electricity ( went off many times) 2. Improper sound proofing

good hotel and very near to the beach nice clean room..food was good and not so expensive.. only problem was they don't have any power backup.. market nearby.. and it was on main morjim beach. so all together it was good staying.

It was not at all a resort feeling just like a normal hotel with compact size, food was ok, no bath towel was provided. Only best thing about this place is its walkable distance to morjim beach..will never recommend this place.

Rooms are not good and as compared to the picture shown and the resort doesn't have a generator and does not correct the electric City supply. Even the wash room is too small and the room size is not in size as mentioned.
