Room was not cleaned properly and when asked for Hot water to drink it was refused to us which is very bad experience in this covid situation it should be given and rooms should be hygienic.rest was okay

it was a worst experience ever. staff is not good. there are mosquitoes in bathroom and room. ac is not working properly. they ask money for water bottle before checkout. privacy and staff behaviour.
