Room is spacious and comfortable. And the Manager or Owner in reception is a friendly and organized cab for airport transfers at a reasonable rate. Room service and food is at an affordable price and limited menu. The bathroom is neat but a little maintenance is needed for doors. Value for money if you are staying for transfers and local visit. The location is easier for commuting in metro and New Delhi railway station. Only problem is the nearby street is unclean because of the Karol Bagh Market and noisy.

reached at 11.15pm at Hotel Aster Inn but they told as per their records they have no booking for me & based on my request they provided room in their other property Hotel C park nearby Aster so I stayed there for night & chek out at 3:30am but that C Park Hotel was not so good anyway overall it's a bad experience for me I came late night otherwise how they have given accommodation in their other hotel without taking any charges

The most disgusting stay in a hotel ever. When we reached the hotel, they informed us that our 3 rooms were not available as it has been allocated to a different client. This was a confirmed booking for us and we had paid in advance more than 2 weeks back. They took us to a shabby hotel which was dirty and smelly. No hot water, smelling bed sheets, dirty rooms. and the management had a take it or leave it attitude.

This is best hotel to stay in Delhi. The hotel staff are very nice and supportive. The hotel ia very clean,safe and good to stay with family. The hotel owner and staff are very responsive and supportive. The hotel food and service are absolutely good.They maintain hotel in very good manner so, we love to stay at hotel.

I choose a single room but what they given is twin bed room (bed is too small), I booked the room include breakfast but food had only three option with limited qty (aloo paratha -2 nos or bread omelet- 02no's or veg - 01 nos) Wash room is too small one person can enter that is it. AC not working/ No ketile in room.

Excellent Reception Staff. Clean Bed. BUT .. An arogant srvc boy added unordered food to our bill & behaved rude during chkout. Room wasn't clnd timely. THEY JOINED TWIN BEDS TO "JUGAAD" A DBL BED. Need to improve WORK ETHICS.

Pathetic experience. the rooms they showed in picture are completely different from the real rooms. complimentary breakfast is not buffet, i got a bread omelet. that too served in a old underground room.

It was my best stay in Delhi with aster .. good near and clewn room. Hotel close to market .. ewsy to find. Helpful staff. Good food facilities there . Freindly staff , clean hotel ..
