Evening manager was non-courteous at all. When we reached there since it was raining heavily he wasn't helping at all to locate the hotel. However the hotel was on road the google location couldn't find it so it is a bit of problem for first time traveler. On finding the hotel I asked the manager to assist in unloading the luggage from the cab but he gave a frozen look and didn't even nodded the approval. The help was needed for taking off heavy luggage since I have problem in my right arm. Check in was also with cold face. The roof of passage leading to the lift was leaking here n there and when we passed the through it, it smelled like fish market. Very bad odor was there in the 4th floor corridor too. Only benefit staying here is the proximity to many multinational companies in Marthahalli and Belandur. One plus point was that near the entrance there is a tea shop with very good tea and coffee available. You can have many Bread related dishes which taste too good. The guys at the shop are very nice and supportive. Ice-cream is also available. On the other hand food at Astra is quite average and costly at their top floor restaurant. Buffet breakfast service and food was below average with flies loitering here n there over food. No one even cared what the guests need at their table. Shall give 2 marks for restaurant service. Overall its okish hotel for 1 night stay in this area.

Great location The premium room variant had a double bed and a single bed. People at reception were humble Can host a family of 2 and 2 kids quite easily Bathrooms were neat and had all accessories. Only drawback is, the room hardly had any ventillation. And the furniture is somewhat old, but rooms were clean overall The only window in room was closed and opened in duct. But if you are here on a office visit or overnight visit - nothing to complain about. It's located on main road and part of Astra Berrys hotels Close proximty to many offices.

For clarity, premium rooms are not the ones with 2 beds. There is a separate family room you need to avail from their website. Thanks for the last moment support from the hotel staffs. 1. Room freshner used must be of better quality. 2. Should include more varieties in menu or atleast some adjustments in menu if asked a day before.

Room is not cleaned properly and entire two days they never cleaned room, I felt bathrooms are not that great. Though I requested early check in, initially they have mentioned they will give but later they are charging amount I have done early check out as well

It was a great experience. The service is really good, I had to work frok the room so I was a little worried about the WiFi connectivity, but the WiFi is good. Everything was working fine and as mentioned in the amenities list. Overall a 10/10 😊 The service!

Not worth for the money. Average one. looks like old age hotel. so many patch works. It needs serious renovation. Bed also look damaged. If renovation all done, it will be good.
