I recently stayed at Aum Karthikeya Residency in Periamet, Chennai, for three days. coming to room details I opted for a single non-AC room during my stay. Unfortunately, the room was not as spacious as expected, lacking proper ventilation. Mosquitoes were a constant issue, and the absence of laundry/cleaning services was noticeable. Pros and Cons: This accommodation might be suitable for bachelors seeking a quick refreshment or a few hours of rest, similar to a dormitory setup. However, the limited space, ventilation issues, and the presence of mosquitoes were definite drawbacks. what i felt and the recommendation:Considering the room type and amenities, I would recommend Aum Karthikeya Residency for those seeking a basic, no-frills stay for short durations, especially suitable for bachelors.lastly it would be great if they add breakfast as complimentary

aum karthikeya residency charges extra money for stay. hotel management's behaviour worst. their room was very bad. no proper cleaning, room like a horror movie set. sorry to say is that my experience with aum karthikeya residency was very bad. thank you

I Stayed there for 5 Days The first 2 days I got the worst room. then I shifted another on the 3rd floor which is a small room but ok for a single person. The only good thing is the location near the railway station and metro stations.

not upto mark not suitable for night stay. can use only for refresh purpose. no air circulation or ventilation. very small room like bathroom size. lot of power issues. think twice before book

pleasant stay, good for this rate. but one issue i faced, there was lots of mosquito. after repeated inform their front desk they didn't supplied mosquito oil or net.

very small room and bathroom one can hardly stand and maneuver while bathing. hotel lower staff very rude. pathetic facilities
