This is one of the finest hotels that we have had the pleasure to stay with. From the GM, to the FOM Mr. Savio and RM Mr. Sandeep, each and every member of the Front Office, Restaurants, House Keeping, go out of the way to ensure that your stay is totally comfortable and without any issues. I wish that it would be possible to name each and every single Team Members who were EXCELLENT, But I fear that if I were to inadvertently forget a name, I would not be able to forgive myself. THEREFORE ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT EACH AND EVERY SINGLE TEAM MEMBER IS EXCEPTIONAL AND A CREDIT TO THE HOTEL. THANK YOU EVERYONE

It is a great property for business travelers as well as leisure travelers. Right in the hub-bub of Camp Area in Pune. The hotel staff is so nice and accommodating. Rooms are spacious and worth every penny. Breakfast spread is also reasonably good.
