The approach road to the hotel and the entry gate of the hotel need improvement. But beyond that the hotel itself is excellent. No ornate decoration, just minimal functional stuff. You get all that you need and no more. Nice, clean, fresh and welcoming. I even got two extra hours of sleep time after the checkout time of 12 noon. And if you want to feel you are in Japan for a while, this is the hotel to stay in. All signs, menus are in Japanese!! Probably because of the large number of Japanese guests from nearby Gurgaon. You also get a Japanese restaurant and Japanese meals. When the objective is to do sightseeing/business during the day and have a nice place to spend the night at...I would highly recommend Avalon. Worth it. Totally.

Booked 3 rooms for my family of 10 members and stayed for a day. Pros: * Value for money. * Outstanding service. * Excellent courtesy, competence and responsiveness shown by entire team (Pickup driver, Hotel Manager, Front Desk associate & Housekeeping associate) * Very neat and clean. * High quality and tasty food. * Good ambience. Rooms are fresh, airy and comfortable. Cons: * Lunch menu to include more of Indian cuisines as well. Avalon Courtyard is fresh and warm experience. Avalon is the best. I would continue to choose this hotel on my next stay in this city and recommend this hotel to all my friends. Thank you Avalon Courtyard.

The hotel location is not on Main road, so it got bit difficult to find it. They have parking area, so it is good for people travelling with their own vehicle. Hotel lobby is huge and people enjoy sitting and reading there. Indoor Pool is near the lobby. Rooms are small but fully equipped and the best part is they have Microwave in each room! Wow! No other hotel gives this facility. Staff is courteous and helpful. They dont charge for water unlike others (unless you ask for mineral water). Hotel is quite and peaceful. We ordered food inside room and it was upto the mark. Overall superb stay! Must visit!

Hotel Has been Designed as per Japenese Standards and they have been able to Maintain the standards very well. Food is Good As well though it is Japanese too and little expensive. Spa Seems Good. Only Problem I have faced is Of ventilation in d room.It was Too Hot. It has central A.C. Due to Which u can not Switch To A.C. or heater Mode. it was A hot day and dey had Switched On Heater and dey could not Do anything In regard to that. overall It was Nice experience to be dere. U should Must Visit Once For Your Own experience.

We visited second time here, this time booked a standard room. Its much bigger and better than studio room. Ordered noodles and fried rice. Noodles were still Ok but rice were uncooked and tasted wierd. Had to leave them. Breakfast was fine. Gym is nice. Overall silent and cosy hotel with value for money.

Every time i visit Delhi, i prefer to stay in Avalon. It is cozy, great hospitality. Fantastic management. Rooms are huge, very clean 24*7 housekeeping Best food for all kind Unlimited complimentary breakfast. The last but not d least; swimming pool and the gym are well maintained.

The only drawback about this hotel is the location. The entrance area towards hotel is from a village type area. Hotel staff, ambiance was good. Room size is quite impressive. Breakfast was fine but as it is a Japanese hotel. Indioan food options were less. Room service was also good.
