Cons: Room were very conjusted. Very dirty and drainage smell was coming from bathroom drains, rooms were also smelling very bad. Very noisy place, difficult to rest and sleep. Very costly as compare to rooms and amenities. Breakfast was included in our booking but the staff was very confused what & when to give. Breakfast timing was from 7 am, we went there at 8 am still foods were not placed in the buffet as they were not organised. Pros: This hotel is in the main market and mall road is very close to this place (approx. 400-500 meters)

it was a good stay. the accommodation was clean and spacious. all the amenities were in place. the balcony was not clean and strewn with cigarette buds which weren't cleaned. the hot water supply was good. the staff were very helpful and courteous and prompt with the service.the best thing was the great view of kanchenjunga mountain range from the room. overall it was a good experience.

Nice one hotel. Nice location. I suggest if you want to visit Darjeeling please book this hotel. Nice food, staff Behavior is very good. I really enjoyed with my family. Treebo trend spring brook hotel is good, good amenity and Nice food. Location is not good enough. Not hygenic upto marks.behaviour of staff is just ok like formalities.Rating according to me is 3 out of five.

My stay was very good in Avianna everything was good from food to staff. Food was delicious, staff was very polite and helpful, location is very good 5 min walk to chaurastha. I hope will stay soon again in Avianna.
