Located in the heart of the city opp to CBT near to market and all and stay was very pleasant I stayed here for 3 nights food here is very palatable and staff is also very well behaved I recommend this hotel for all...... 134 rooms such a big property and please replace A/C in the rooms as I booked Double A/C but A/C was not working as it was cool climate I didn't complain about it to hotel management Well behaved staff Location Food

Overall good property and value for money, tasty food. But front office staff not suitable for the post since doens't have manners to speak with guest. Should be replaced with young staff to treat the guest in humble and give their prominent services instead of arrogance like how existing front office staff will behave. Thank You

Comfortable rooms located very conveniently opposite the old bus stand. Some rooms have split and some rooms have window ACs. Decent sized and comfortable beds. Only issue is the traffic sound which can get disturding in some rooms, but thats to be expected since the hotel is centrally located.

The stay is fantastic, Rooms are Clean, Every amenities are working and Staff and room service is good and the location is a plus point, Only thing I'm giving 4 star is for Flexible check in option it's showing 4PM to 6PM but the reception don't know about that they are telling 4PM to 4PM.Good

The location and connectivity is good. Room switches are not safe. TV does not work properly. The transport connectivity only.
