Great service from the owner Hemanth and staff. You will get a homely feeling with all the possible amenities. However, if you are planning to hire a four wheeler then I would not recommend this place as it does not have sufficient space for four wheeler parking. Two wheeler on the other hand is the best selection for this place. On the negative side, the wifi connectivity is very poor and must be improved. Overall is a good place to consider.

It's very good hotel for the couple and also it's near beach just 30 sec walking distance.All stuff and manager is too good, they help me and guide me to explore Goa .Manager Hemant ji help us lot and he gide me about Goa all places security of this hotel is very good. and there is jo such noise it's cool place and also near to beach all food is very good, breakfast is too good. all staff are too good they help us all time whenever we call

30 seconds walkable for baga beach Best place for friends and family The property owner Mr.Hemanth really kind person he take care of his guest in everything, he guides u for making your day memorable in goa really appreciate his team really its a budget friendly stay . I never seen such a caring team even in star hotels .

Pls change our hotel . It's horrible hear. The phone does not work. No table to keep our bags . The kettle had to be kept on out suitcase to reach the power plug socket. The bad lamp was in broken state. The bed linen is dirty. No curtains. Approach road very narrow, car can not come.

The hotel is not at all upto the mark. The images in the app are misleading. I had to switch to another hotel as just after 1 night of stay as the rooms got waterlogged. Also car accsee in front of the hotel is not possible as it is inside a narrow lane.

Value for money. Good owner, nice staff, close to baga beach. Recommended. Only con is your can hear sound of music from beach while sleeping. Overall good hotel.
