We thought it will be a 3 star hotel experience per se. But when reached, it was a whole lot of surprises for us. The hotel was inside a narrow lane our car could not go inside. The hotel was in very dense place with no lift, narrow stairs and attached balcony was of no use. They covered whole hotel with plastic glass so no breeze from sea. Enough of negative feedbacks.. Let's talk something good about our stay. This place is very near to beach. It takes literally seconds to reach the beach. Of course using a shortcut. They have incredible staffs. Special thanks to Ritwik(receptionist) and Rishav(room service) they take our each and every request in very minute details and tried to fulfill it to the extent. We were traveling with a toddler and they handled our tantrum pretty decently.

Beach is at walking distance from hotel. Restaurants service given by hotel was ok. Room size were good. Electricity was on and off most of the day, so AC and mobile charging points were not working. Room service was not good as we stayed for 3 days and never received a room cleaning service in these 3 days. Refrigerator was not working. We were charged at Rs 3800 per night which was definitely not worth it.

It was a good and better stay , the owner was kind and the caretaker were good at all work. There was no time boundation for going out and coming back so it was good cons, Had food outside the restaurant, Didn't get time to explore more to know about the stay, mainly it is situated near residential area and near the temples, but there was no internet or WiFi facility, Had problem with car parking.

The staff was really down to earth. Place was clean and you can ask the staff to clean something, they would do it without any hesitation and smile. Food is awesome and will come to your doorstep, price of food is commendable according to Goa standards. All in all its a nice place, very near to beach. I would recommend this place :)

Stayed for 4 nights. Hotel is okay. Not much value for money. Although room is spacious but need special attention to cleanliness. Cockroaches are numerous in numbers. Needs good pest management. Breakfast was okay..but needs variety. Staff is cooperative and gentle which is the biggest positive of this property. Nicely located .

Spacious rooms, excellent service, friendly staff and located quite close to baga beach with restaurants around. Its near to the crowded baga beach but somehow feels private. The service is excellent. The manager, reception and other staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable. Rooms is spacious with apt amenities.

This is one of the best hotels which is at 2 mins walk from baga beach. The hotel provides sufficiently sized rooms along with big bathroom. You get refrigerator also to keep your water bottles cool. Only thing lacking is that the hotel rooms should have tea/coffee maker. Overall, a very good hotel.

Close to the beach! Super convenient! And the staff esp DULLU was super helpful and trustworthy. He took care of us really well, he was always available and the service was quick. The best guy and hotel to approach if you are staying near baga. :)

It was clean, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped n comfortable.We was very pleased with our stay...thank you☺️

Deluxe rooms are good.. location is good...very good breakfast.. .but there is no space for parking near the hotel..no amenities..cost of the rooms are slightly high..
