Room is OK but the service experience was poor. There was an emergency at night, i made a phone call to the reception, no one picked up the phone, I also called on his personal number but he didnt answered. Also at the time of checkout he called 2 hours before and asked to vacate the room at 12 pm otherwise extra money will be charged, technically he has all the rights to demand checkout but this is not the way one treats his guests. I booked the hotel for one night and I will prefer not to stay here in future.

Mohhamad Asif sahab is very nice person. He was the soul of the hotel.We booked this hotel when our flight for delhi on 5th january cancelled.booked by accident but a become a memorable stay.A normal but very peaceful place only 7 kms away from airport. provided us with a good breakfast and dinner. cozy beds neat and clean bathroom.very good budget hotel for a family stay.safe and don't forget asif ji is a remarkable al-lrounder.

I stayed with family for a night. My personal observations are: 1.The hotel was away from the center where the adjacent roads were jamproned. 2. Hotel's cabins were ok3. They do not allow cloth washing 4. Hotel was clean.5. Wifi was available but speed was insufficient.Average. Because, they alloted 2 of our cabins at different floors ( ground and second floor), even though we booked around a month ago. there is no lift too.

amazing hospitality. especially by the host asif . we stayed for three days and it was a breeze. food is a little bit on fried side. rooms are carpeted and clean . washrooms are clean and lal chowk is 4 km away. cabs are provided by hotel aswell. peaceful location , friendly staff and good guidance for travel by the host

Basic decent hotel, looks like a house. Family stays downstairs i think. Clean big room and big bathroom. Very friendly caretaker who speaks good English. Location is far from city, also a bit interior, not on airport road. No amenities, not even towels. Old tv, not working.

it was really a nice experience. mr. asif and his father (the owner of this hotel) are very humble persons. ambience was very good and food was also very tasty. rooms was quite clean. i will definitely recommend this place if you visit srinagar.

it was ok experience at hotel Bakhtawar. if your going for vacation at Srinagar with family by air it will suit you location wise as well as economical for family trip. Nice experience food is little expensive rest everything is good.

The wardrobe handle is broken and dont have a shelf ,in breakfast they give only bread omlete without tea also not given breakfast to my 5 year old kid.Food was tasteless.Bathroom window is without curtain .Not recommend at all.

Hotel staff behaviour was very good. They were cooperative. Rooms are big. Washroom pure clean.Location is good. Only problem was intermittent supply of electricity. Hotel staff not available between 11pm to 7 am.

Booked one night for my family of 4. The stay was very nice small. The rooms were compact and clean with the best budget. The owner Asif was friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Nice hotel with good food. 8 km from Airport. Food price is resonable comparing to Srinagar rate. Spend 4 days with family. They arrenged local transport with resonable rate.
