Staff behavior is nice. But the facility in the room and hotel policy was not up to the mark like: 1. The telephone service was not rectified after multiple follow ups. 2. Wi-Fi was not working or something working with irregular connectivity with too much slow speed. 3. Bed / Morning tea 🍵 is not available in hotel till 9:00 am. Staff cannot do anything beyond this. 4. Breakfast is not available in the hotel till 9:00 am. Staff cannot do anything beyond this. We have checked out without breakfast.
