Baranti Eco Tourism Resort,,, Purulia was my best stay in 2024... The Manager Mr. Swapan Banerjee is a gem of a person I have met and I am already missing that man.... Yesterday the 25th of February'2024,, I returned from this property and I can proudly say that I had one of the best stays ever.... We were a family of 6 with senior citizens with us... The food was homely & very good,, specially the chicken kasha and chilly paneer we took... Services were excellent.... Whatever we wanted they provided us in just a single call.... We took three Swiss Tents and the Tents were spacious with tower Air-conditioning... The bathroom was big... It had geyser and was neat & clean... This very Govt of West Bengal property is undoubtedly the best property in BARANTI ( PURULIA ) All my Love & Best wishes to the Manager Mr. Swapan Banerjee and we wholeheartedly want to Thank on behalf of all of us those who visited #Baranti from 23rd February'24 to 25th February'24.....

The room was extremely unhygienic. There was lots of dirt and insects inside the room. The bedsheet was very much dirty. The room service was average. I had to call everytime whether food is ready or not. There was also not proper WiFi service which is mentioned. The door lock is not proper which created a lot of trouble. Overall a very bad experience. Very poor

well this is a government property, room were good but not well maintained... for example the glass windows was broken, which never been repaired... ac do not work properly... the bathroom lock was faulty.... and dust in bed head rest... the walls are damped as well... anyways the location was good... government need to focus on its maintenance...

rooms were not clean , towel , bedsheets were very dirty , toilets were full of insects , food was also very bad . it was very bad in terms of cleanliness . staffs wearing very dirty clothes, no expression of professional hygiene anywhere. behaviour of manager was good . but overall service was very bad .

except the food everything was horrible. The rooms were untidy zero maintenance. Bathrooms were in horrible condition. very unhygienic bathrooms & rooms too.. Overall a horrible experience.
