this is my all time favorite place to stay! the staff is so sweet! so helpful.. they have upgraded me a few times which is really appreciated especially when u don't expect it. food is good. the biryani is really nice. the rooms are clean and the room service is quick. i generally stay here when i work late and can't go home. just one thing be careful of, their ac's are super chilly.. be sure to adjust the temperature accordingly. its a non smoking hotel but the do have designsted smoking areas on every floor and being a smoker i appreciate that. location is lovely. just below the hotel is starbucks . definitely recommend and this will always be one of the favorite places to stay even though I'm a local.

The check-in was super fast and smooth. special mention for Suniti at the front desk who got me through the check-in formalities to my room in under 5 minutes. Special mention for Viraf, who is an asset to the hotel. Exceptionally sweet, efficient and courteous. This is the 2nd Bawa property I've stayed at in Mumbai and I must say, the service and quality through all their properties is A++. I got a single occupancy room at the Bawa Continental, which I thought was really small. but still, as I was a solo traveller this time, no complaints. the room was spotless clean as was the entire property. Definitely a place to recommend for the business traveller.

Never imagined, the hotel that seems like a small property could be so awesome. We stayed here for a night and felt that nothing else could be so perfect. They have decked up the lobby for Christmas that adds to the cool look. And most important thing is their super lavish rooms with every amenities you can think of. Mini bar, kettle, wardrobes lights for every purpose, things were so well decorated. Deserves definitely more than a 5starm

The location and the hotel are just too good. The reception staff is exceptional for followup and with regards to courtesy. We were pleasently surprised when the hotel upgraded our room on check-in. Everything including the checkout went very smoothly... Will definitely visit again during stay in Mumbai. Did not have food so cannot comment on that. Total value for money.....

Excellent stay... very prompt service at the reception. Location is right on juhu so very good transport and food facility available. Bathrooms were spotless and beds were very comfortable. small rooms as expected in Mumbai budget hotels. spotless bathroom clean linen comfortable beds

the overall experience staying at bawa international was very very good. the staff is very considerate. they’re quick. the housekeeping is also very quick and clean. food is amazing too. location is perfect, juhu beach is just a 5 minute walk away

Front office staff is so polite and gentle ❤️ Overall nice experience. Need to improve the quality of food, as I ordered Chinese but all i got is noodles in tomato based sauce👎🏽 Otherwise pleasant stay!
