BedChambers at M.G. Road is located at a very convenient and accessible location, from the point of travel, shopping and dining. The premium category apartment was indeed very large and well lit. A special mention about the team members at the property, they are very efficient and helpful and attend to a guest's requirements in the shortest span of time. Overall a wonderful place to stay. Few misses, such as rooms need to be equipped basic toiletries such as dental, shaving kits, hair dryer, slippers (which are all a part of inclusions). It is a trifle annoying to call for basic requirements at every instance. Or atleast a guest should be made aware of the inclusions to be called for at the time of check-in. Another issue which needs to be addressed is the use of insecticide/pesticide during every cleaning schedule. The smell of the component is nauseating. I had to instruct the staff to not to use the same Mattresses are way too soft and not comfortable especially if an individual has neck and back issues. I had to get the mattress in my room changed as I was literally sinking into it and was unable to get a good sleep. The breakfast was a huge disappointment, both, the spread and the quality of preparation being below par. I would not recommend breakfast to be opted at the time of a room reservation. Rating it 4 stars only because the staff was very efficient, else not more than 3.5 stars.

The vibe and asthetics of the place where good, but that's just it. You reach there and park the car and keep knocking the door, but they won't open. Then you call them, so they ask you to come all the way to the other side and park your car on a random road because opening the parking gate is a lot of effort, so it won't open unless you're staying for 2-3 days. Amenities in the room are just 2 towels, water bottles, and very small bottle of shampoo and body wash, there's a kitchen with induction but no utensil, not even tea/coffee/milk powder sachets, nothing in the room. You sleep with "Do not disturb" on but they suddenly come and start knocking like crazy at 7 AM in the morning to give you a dental kit that they didn't keep earlier but you didn't ask for. And unlimited calls for check-out start from 9 AM and they force you to check out by 10 even when the time mentioned on the booking apps is 11 AM. I got 4 calls during a 30 minute meeting for check-out before 10 AM. The menu is so overpriced, and even then when you place an order, it would never come but you'll be asked to pay the bill stating that you might have eaten it but now lying to not pay the bill. As much as the place was nice, the behaviour of the staff makes the stay very unpleasant and disturbing.

My stay at Bedchamber Apartment was fantastic, thanks to the impeccable service and warm hospitality of Shivani. The apartment was spotless, elegantly furnished, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, ensuring a luxurious experience. Shivani went above and beyond to make my stay perfect, always attentive and helpful with a smile. Her hospitality truly made a difference! Highly recommend this place for a comfortable, elegant, and memorable stay. Five stars!

Worst experience of whole life travel stay. Booked 2 room for family and they allotted on different floors. Check in 12.30 am due to long travel, allotted room at 1.15 at 2.15 mid night manager call for papers which is already given to him at the time of check in. Avoid this place due to poor management.

Everything was Ok except that they don't have dedicated Housekeeping.... which means you need to go thru Reception and the service you will get is based on mood of the person sitting there.. I wish all the best to the Hotel to improve the service as this is a very competitive service industry.

Ease of check in, friendly staff. Great location, adjacent to Mall and main road gives it an obvious choice for travelers. Rooms are clean, airy with great balcony area. All in all a comfortable abode.
