Located in a quiet corner of Panaji, this hotel has been made from a beautifully renovated multi-story house. The inside had wonderful artwork and spacious seating, including a very comfortable and cushiony swing. The rooftop offered a small and distant view of the beach. My friend and I stayed in the budget room with the communal washroom. It was a very comfortable stay, and the owners were exceptionally helpful in helping us find our bus the next day. I'd certainly stay again and would recommend it for others.

I was there with my family. Room and washroom were neat and clean. Hot running water and WiFi was working every time. Owners were polite and friendly. They helped us to upgrade our room and also provided us some unique spot guidance. It's a very safe and comfortable place for family.

horrible experience.The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the shower was disgusting, the toilet had cigarette ashes, the bed sheets were stained, the towels were stained, the floor felt greasy, the mirror was dirty and the overall hotel was very dirty.

Overall experience was good. Staff were well mannered. There in room dining facility. All the amenities were working. Room was clean. Service was excellent. It is located little bit away from main road almost 1.5 kms. Breakfast was complimentary.

It was a good experience. Location was nice and easily reachable. The caretaker managing the hotel was very cooperative. Rooms were good. Lunch that I tried there was tasty. Security wise also it was secure to stay.

all over good .small room but good .staff is cooperative .rent bike from them. bathroom is common is drawback and breakfast only bread and omlettet jam butter milk nothing else like north or south indian
