first checkin room was given separte,has compared to photosin that room no AC was working neither fan was working.hot water was not available, has mentioned it's availableafter complaint about hot water a thrice they given us hand heater for hot water.breakfast was including in a booking terms.they provided only bread omletonly that's complimentary.I have uploaded resturant pic of hotel above .tahts itnot worth while.overall just 2.5 rating

I had a terrible experience during my stay. I requested an extra bed but was given a small 2-foot bed without any blanket or pillow. Despite asking for drinking water and food, nothing was provided even after waiting for 4 hours, and no one came to assist. Additionally, the room had a broken chair and table, and the fridge was faulty, causing an electric shock when I tried to use it.

room condition ok but quite often mainly between 6 to 10 am there is no water supply in the wash basin and toilet flash except tap water. no intercom in the room hence no room service same as guest house. what we enjoyed is the delicious food as they have got a good cook.

what a waste of money this is. all things were bad bed, bathroom room service. it was like I am in some chawl type place. RS were coming to harged for this pathetic stay. please refund me.
