Let's start with the Location , the lodge is located 2 mins ahead from from DSB college (1.8 KM's from Naini lake) & is away from the hustle & bustle of Mall road. The road is narrow but easy to drive, final pathway to reach the hotel is an upward slope & car car easily climb (pics attached) let's talk about the hotel .. The hotel is located away from the hustle & bustle of Mall (other side of Naini lake). This is a heritage property with Total of 06 rooms 02 deluxe , 02 super deluxe & 02 suite (02 bedroom apartment) Excellent View of Naini lake & the hills , you will fell refreshed & is ideal for couples & people looking to get away from the city life . WiFi is not so fast but workable .. Staying here was a completely different experience & was great ... Super deluxe & Suite rooms are quite spacious & recommended to book these rooms. The complete environment is quite serine The only experience i did not like was that bedsheets were not clean & there were bed bugs .. Room service is very slow & so is the breakfast . The Breakfast was served at 0900 hrs which is usually the case as per other reviews that I read .. There is porch & areas for bon fire & can accommodate large groups if needed . Parking space is adequate for 10 - 12 vehicles to be parked

the property is at an amazing location. it is very calm and peaceful with lots of nature around. the property is a heritage building and is well maintained. we stayed in signature rooms which are quite spacious and clean. the staff is very courteous. they arranged for bonfire at night adding to the wonderful experience. the breakfast was good. however, the dinner was average and was a bit costly. there was a persistent problem of getting hot water in the rooms. overall an excellent stay... amazing place for couples or people travelling in group . if you are traveling as a single family, you may find the place a bit secluded. excellent location, enough parking space, lots of open area for kids to play, rooms are clean and spacious. staff is very courteous.

this is a well built hotel... old style heritage building.. the way to reacb there was very steep... its around 3.5km away from mall road... But where this hotel lacks majorly is in it service department... the hotel was fully empty with around 1 or 2 room occupied n the manager before booking said to me dst he will upgrade the room if dey will b empty which he denied when we checked in but nyways its totally der call n der reasons... breakfast was also just for the name sake as we were only guest der so just paranthas n pohe in brkfst... overall a good property dat cud go superb if service department is been taken care of

Great place to stay. Not very far from mall road (1 km approx) yet far enough to provide for a very calm and serene environment. The atmosphere of the compound is so pleasing and relaxing that you can just sit there and forget about all the worries of the life. Mr. Rahul was of great help. A very nice person indeed. He upgraded our room to the signature room and looked after the services well. Food was good. Breakfast buffet was also nice. The only thing is, room service sometimes tend to get slow. Otherwise, full marks for the stay. Will definitely stay here again if I get to visit Nainital again. Highly recommended !!

the hotel is located in ayarpatta hills right opposite of mall road but when you reach there you feel you are far away from the city. we booked this property after looking all the reviews but would like to say that we were disappointed...the hotel service and amenities are good if you want to feel isolated from the rush of the mall road than you can opt this hotel. having your own vehicle is a must as they don't provide shuttle service complimentary which I feel is the biggest drawback of this property. it's good of you are travelling in group or with big family.

Bhikhampur is very good property.well maintenance .very good staff and food is very good with good service 100% satisfied .daneshbhai is good and supportive.bhagvat and all staff is helpful.clenness is good .good location but required vehical to reach there. 1km from Mall Road . We extend one day more .very relaxing comfortable piceful retreat place.but only facter is consider is it is on height.

The manager basant is a terrible person I had paid for breakfast and dinner Inspite of my complete payment he has issued a bill for milk we consumed for breakfast and dinner Milk is surely included in breakfast in every hotel There was no complimentary water served in the hotel During my stay not a single bottle of water was provided

the facilities were good especially the heated beds. room and bathroom in general were not too clean. breakfast buffet was okay. the spread can be much better. location is away from the hustle and bustle. staff were helpful.
