Bliss Regency

Great location, close to our temple. Very neat & clean specially the wash room. Staff in the reception(all male) Very courteous & warm. One major drawback. Lift is outside the reception area. Anyone can enter the hotel without the knowledge of hotel staff. There is no safety chain in the room. We were fast asleep and our calling bell rang at 10.30 pm. I was startled and I opened the door. The person said he has brought my food which we hadn't ordered. Obviously someone else had ordered. Next day I took up the issue of security. They said they will address the same. But for this, I will strongly recommend this hotel. It is good value for money.

I don't like this hotelI won't recommend anyone to this hotelIn their advertisement they are providing roo. With breakfast fro. 7Am, but when I asked for breakfast at 7.15 am, they informed me that they have to by breakfast from another hotel and it will be served only at 8.30 am.,secondly the staff is not co operative ,when you are asking something,like wifi details, extra water etc.

every time stay is good but this time it was disappointing. i had booked twin bed, and they gave me a twin bed room. disappointing things was out of two beds, in one bed, when sheet i lifted previous stayed guest hairs etc was their which was disgusting. used soap in a bathroom. these two were disappointing. same, i had reported at reception while checkout.

Pathetic experience-poor breakfast and plate and glasses were not at all clean-i would have taken room at dreammotel kanjikode instead of this -food is not all worth restaurants were full of insects and ants - and also have to vacate the room at 11.59
