the hotel was clean. the rooms were way smaller than the images posted which i am not surprised 😒. was told as for covid protocal please provide vaccination certificate which i did although they didn't receive it and the kept calling to tell me to send it again which i did finally. the hotel has no food service at all ! really sad and for delivery they don't allow the person to come to the room saying covid protocal when the there is no such law at all ! the reality is this. there is no social distance happening in the hotel non of the people staying in the hotel were wearing they mask or following any social distance norms. tips for the hotel get room service ! ask your people staying to wear the dam mask !

This was my second stay at the blooms, but this time they disappointed me. First room lock was not working they gave us a manual that was not working too. Every time we had to call them with the master card to open our room. Initially I booked a standard double room with single occupancy and later modified the booking and added one guest i.e. my wife and booking was converted to a twin bed room. Immediately called the bloom hotel staff about this and requested them to convert back my booking standard double room to which they declined. Twin bedded room was allotted to me. Worst experience.

I had experience bad experience to this hotel stay. Without my permission and in my absence "room cleaning staff" enter my room with master key available with them, and disturb our clothes and without cleaning room they get back from my room. Stay date 26-5-24 to 27-5-24 (Room no. 201) So bad experience. If somebody want to stay this hotel, must be give strictly instructions to hotel management. @K J Kucche

Bloom is a new chain of chic hotels. This particular property is close by Juhu beach. As such it is not a beach property. Rooms are well maintained but slightly smaller. Bathrooms are small as well. Staff is hospitable & friendly. Panty section is premium with range of snacks & drinks. TV is outdated as we couldn't connect it to the internet. Location, ambiance

The Room and bathroom are small. Staff at reception is very good and polite in talk.Lots of concentrations need on house keeping department. May be because of the renovation is on.Food: they don't have hotel restaurant. The hotel is tied up with some other restaurants, that's why it's of confusion about the orders. Overall ok property.

Good for a night stay, near the beach. Rooms are small but well done. The staff were helpful and polite specially Mr. Akash, he provided a hassle free check in and check out. There are some great food options nearby and they allow outside food in rooms. overall a good place to spend a night.Safety, near the beach.

The check in was absolutely hassle free, the staff let us select the rooms we liked. The room service was at par.. The best part was the availabilities of transport and numerous cafes and restaurants around the hotel. In all it is a value for money and we had a peaceful stay. Would definitely recommend.

Not good experience in this hotel i cheked in at 4 afternoon and i was saying them to give me time till 12/30 pm for chek out but they did bot agree and i cheked out at 11 am and also the service was very bad i sugget dont go to this hotel pls not worth Very bad hotel not satisfied

Pros: staff is very friendly. Grandmamas cafe is on the ground floor with amazing food. Juhu beach is walking distance. Pocket friendly. Cons: Room service never picks up call. Parking issues. Rooms are very small. All rounder hotel.

Hotel is quite new and recently renovated. Hence, Rooms are quite fresh and tidy. Ambience is good. Staff is also co-operative. Outside food was allowed. You can order food from Swiggy/Zomato. Overall it was a wonderful stay here.
