its a good place to stay for both couples as well as groups. it is not a hotel room it was 1bhk flat with lot of space. rooms are big, balcony has a fascinating views. bus is available from doorstep for Colva(3.5km) and Benaulim(2km) beach. owner of the place is helping in nature. i really enjoyed staying there. hope you would enjoy it too.#keep smiling .

we booked this place as we were a group of people traveling to Goa. Bored of North Goa traffic, we decided to explore South. we booked via Goibibo and got some amazing discount. rooms were basic with TV, fridge etc. there was kitchen as well as the place a little away from restaurants. Good for groups.

I went there with my friends last week.Its value for money.The rooms are neat and clean.We didnt find any difficulty staying here.Staff is good and cooperative.They will arrange everything you want like bikes,food. Will prefer staying here next time too Overall rating -4.5 out of 5

good guest house for all (family & bachelor). They did't provide AC. And hot water comes only Noon morning Did't comes. Otherwise its a good guest house.
