This is an amazing stay option if you want to stay on Aguada-Siolim road on which all the major beaches of north goa are located, Sinquerim and Candolim beaches are located just behind this hotel. Rooms were nice and service is also ok but if you’re staying if rainy season please be informed that they don’t have any power backup which was informed by property owner himself. They also have a restaurant/bar with nice ambiance and live music. This hotel won’t burn your pocket even if you’re on a budget trip. Location is the biggest advantage of this hotel as you’d get public transport just outside of the hotel for Calangute-Baga-Mapusa towards north and Panjim toward south. Overall a good experience.

Stay was amazing ... Location is the best as it in on Candolim main road itself so its the best for shopping as well as safety ... Staff is very nice and helpful ... Rooms are pleasant and clean as per photos uploaded by the hotel ... No idea about the breakfast as i did not opt for the breakfast buffet nor did i eat at thr hotel ... But overall very satisfied with the stay and would recommend it to everyone ...

Stay was good, we check in at 2 am in the morning and didn't face any issue during that time. Few things like toilet roll was not provided and but it was done when we asked for it. Room is big and clean. Only problem was with the washroom as their was a water logging problem. Everything went well. Thanks goibibo.

Positive Aspects - Location, early late checkin support, Eric (Host) friendly and supportive, karaoke in the restro. Could be better - Options for breakfast. We had to do with eggs and bread for our entire stay. Server declined for 1 additional egg. Rest good

The rooms were fine to stay. Manager of the hotel was very cooperative. But there was some electricity issue during our stay, due to which AC was not working properly. In terms of location, it was perfect.

Eric is a great host and the rooms are hygienic and is very comfortable. Good ambience and delicious food. You could also hire transport from here, a perfect go to place.
