Stayed here for only one night but i felt that i should stay here for more than 2,3 days. The Hotel is located at a very picturesque location. The hotel is surrounded by huge mountains covered with evergreen pine trees. A very picturesque and romantic location. Food preparation by Mr. Fayaz was very delicious and yummy. A real Kashmiri spicy taste. Especially veg. food. The behaviorof the hotel staff was very kind and always smiling. Mr. Aashiq the Young manager, a very polite and professional person. He arranged Amarnath Helicopter tickets for us at a very reasonable price. The rooms are very cozy and all furnished with natural pine wood. Facilities are modern and the hotel is just like a resort. Very neat and clean rooms. Fantastic service provided by Mr. Rafi. Loved the hotel. Very much Satisfied. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends because i became their personal guest. Thanks to the whole team of Bombay Palace. Keep it up.

A decent stay with peaceful location. We stayed here on 1st May. The hotel seems a decent budget hotel at the first look, but once you check in,that thought would never be in your mind. Hotel staff is courteous and service is really quick. We booked a room with bath-tub. rooms are spacious with all the amenities required - A room heater, electric blanket, Flat TV with cable connection, cosy bed and clean and spacious bathroom. We had our breakfast there which was good in taste. we needed to leave early in the morning so they manage to parcel the breakfast in the morning itself, which showed their good quality service. Overall a nice play to stay, bit distanced from the main market but very calm place.

Hotel Bombay Palace is located at a fabulous location. View from the rooms is awesome, we enjoyed live snowfall here. it was our good luck. It is like paradise view. Service provided was just amazing, we loved the behavior of staff. Manager Mr. Aashiq is a helpful and cool. He is always very helpful. We enjoyed the food quality also.

amazing stay at hotel Bombay palace. well furnished rooms. neat and clean washrooms. food was very tasty and hygienic. view from room was awesome. location of Hotel was good and in peaceful area. overall stay was excellent. Mr. Ashiq was humble and helpful person. they made our stay memorable. I recommend this hotel to all.

i am not visiting this hotel because of some unfavorable condition of locality but my friends who suggest me this hotel they said this hotel is very nice because of its location and the staff of hotel. next time when i will go to pahalgam defiantly stay here.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel.Hospitality was best ,hotel staff were helping and addressed to our queries.Hotel good was awesome.It snowed while we stayed ,the view from the room was just amazing .Overall a very good stay and would recommend others also.
