unlike other hotels, the hotel does not believe in free upgrade of rooms for the guests, even when rooms were available. the hotel only upgrades it when they get a chance to earn more or when there is demand for the room which the guest has booked. the base category room does not even have a window. you feel so isolated. food and drinks is a bit over priced i believe. also, i did not like the buffet breakfast.

Room was nice , staff not professional, they peek into your room whenever they come for room service, waiting time at check-out was way longer , much more than expected, they put false allegations of using items of mini-bar and repeatedly asked us whether we have used it. overall not recommended for stay.

Experience was really good , a hotel full of facilities in Silchar is amazing . I will come back and stay in this property again , the food was great so was the service and all the amenities, really appreciable face lift from what it was earlier

Room is good but power supply too bad. There is power outage every few minutes. The hotel need to have a functional power backup
