Location wise hotel is best because its just on the mall road. The view from the hotel is awesome and pictures as you saw! Our stay was awesome. The food from resturant is also very good. The location is the best as the lift is accessible immediately and we can also walk to the mall road easily. The best hotel in shimla, everything is good. The staff is also helpful and cooperative.

Staff was quiet cooperative .. Cons : They dont provide lift for luggage .. They hotel is on the 7th floor Pros : Pyramid club is great for partying through the night .. They gave upgrade to rooms with bunk bed at nominal cost which is great .. All in all we could say it is very value for money

The most important thing is that the hotel is in front of the tourism lift, the hotel staff is very friendly and the room is very clean and spacious, very good location right on the mall road. Overall I am completely satisfied.
