Excellent management team and hotel is situated at the heart of city. Conveyance by metro, car or 3 wheeler is easy. I would like to mention a few names here for their helpful attitude - Mr Chakraborty, Manager, Mr. Ravi and Mr. Pande. I suggest for a renovation of entrance area. As such, it is difficult to find out a new traveler. Once you check in the hotel, they treat you like a family member - great hospitality. Hats off.

The hotel staff is excellent and safe for women which made me not to cancel my reservation but the ambience is not so good as the wall papers were torn and rooms are too smaller than expected,washrooms are clean and breakfast has limited 2/3 things menu which is provided in room itself. Overall it's a truly buisness class old hotel which needs maintenance. but if you want to stay in CP than not bad .

This place is meant for people looking out for the best location in Delhi. Everything is very close by. All restaurants, shopping and fun is right a walk away from the hotel. The whole of CP can be covered. The breakfast is lovely. The beds are cozy but please note that the room is suitable for two people. If you are travelling with children, avoid this place.

Hotel’s loc is very good , staff is very courteous, food is also very good , best hotel in cp in its category . If you are looking for hotel under 5K in cp then HOTEL BRIGHT is the best option available .

we stayed in Hotel Bright for 3 nights. it was awesome and a pleasant stay ever. room services are like a speciality they have. location is also good. all staff are very co operative and well behaved.

It's a cosy bright looking hotel, clean , comfortable and best part is the location a modest of connaught place. Food was good, only point was no restaurant and compact lobby just for 2-3 ppl to wait

Can be a bit tight for some people. Wish it had buffet breakfast. Location is good as restaurants and showrooms area all nearby. But there can be some noise(music) from nearby bars/clubs at night.

Very good room. Excellent Customer service. Plus point is unlimited drinking water. Staircase is narrow but hotel workers help to carry backpacks. Family friendly. Overall very good experience.
