Special thanks to the General Manager, whose dedication to guest satisfaction was evident throughout my visit. Their commitment to providing top-notch service truly made a difference. The restaurant’s sitting area was a highlight, with an impressive collection of books available for guests to read, adding a unique and enjoyable touch to the dining experience. The delicious Tamil cuisine offered at the restaurant was an absolute treat, rich in flavor and authenticity. Overall, Brij Nest provided a comfortable and memorable stay, combining a homey atmosphere with excellent dining options and outstanding services. Highly recommended!

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Jaipur. I had a wonderful experience at the. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you so much Bhijnest for the hospitality💕 We loved the ambience and Our stay was just great. All the staff was involved to make our stay the best. Staff, facilities, food and welcoming was perfect. They helped all the time, the smile was always in their faces and they cared a lot for us. Totally recommended. And a lovely and really beautiful place to stay!

we booked a brijnest suite but there were some confusion on reception staff. I went for a walk after check-in. when I came back all my luggage was in reception hall. The staff took out my luggage without my permission without informing me. I was really upset with this unprofessional and unwelcoming behaviour. The receptionist women was really rude to us. But some manager came in , understood our problem. He helped us with everything. I am glad that manager was available on property else we were treated very badly on reception. zolocrust food is awesome. you will not find better food in Jaipur. But overall it was a good experience. I wish they hire more welcoming staff on reception.

My experience at Brijnest Hotel in Jaipur was thoroughly disappointing. Not only were the receptionists incredibly unhelpful and rude, but the hotel itself was in a dismal state. The level of professionalism was severely lacking, and the overall atmosphere was far from welcoming. It felt like a place completely devoid of any corporate standards. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel, especially for corporate stays. There are far better options in Jaipur that offer the professionalism and quality of service one would expect in a corporate setting.

it's not a hotel, it's just like a homestay. The restaurant is pure veg, with a limited menu, hardly 10 to 12 item in the main course. even they don't know how to make yellow dal tadka, I ordered it but they gave me dal without tadka, no taste. restaurant, reception, kid play area, book area, waiting area everything is the same, just in a one room. It does not have personal parking, it shared parking with a hotel near it, 100mt away from the main building.

The stay was not at all upto the mark. nnThe room which were shown were different. n The rooms were not maintained properly. We were cheated as they shown us a 5 star luxury suite room but the room we got was different. nnThe flooring was different nnThe bathrooms were different Over all experience was not up to the mark and made our trip useless by providing us 3 star hotel instead of a 5 star. Also if you want photos of room i can attach them.

Brijneat —- a place of experience and A perfect symbol of hospitality. Very near to airport and 20 minutes from the main city. a little bit difficult to find in google map (advice to travellers to add hotel Clark Amer to reach this place) You will love the ambience of the entire property with a great welcome. 110% well-trained staffs especially Mr Narendra. You will get totally personalized experience in Brijneat

The property is very good but the hotel is under renovation and throughout our stay we were subjected to sounds coming from the roof of construction and heavy machinery . Even after informing the reception that it was disturbing our sleep the reception did not respond and the construction work kept on going Did not expect this from a 5 star property

Clean and huge bathroom and loved the tub in the room cleanliness .. quiet environment.. huge room .. clean bathrooms and well lit .. good food .. all the post covid standards were met .. the staff was very polite and loved the bath tub in the room concept

The property is beautiful and located at a very nice place. Rooms are also very airy and spacious. The only demerit is the service and food. Service needs lot of improvement and so is the food quality and variety. Request for taking this as an advice from a well wisher of your hotel who wants you to be the best.

Very nice stay. Spacious rooms. Some amenities are missing, But the staff will take care of you well. The South Indian restaurant "The Library" has limited menu, but great food.
