Hotel location is very good and outside view is also very nice. However service is very poor and lack basic facilities like toiletries, dirty restroom, unclean room, no water facility, no service availability at night so in case you need water you have no way to get it - there is only one water point which is in kitchen and locked at night. The bulb was fuse, room blower was not provided, electric kettle was not provided, even intercom was not working- how to order needed stuff the rooms are quite far from reception in different blocks, Tv was not working. seriously man this is terrible hotel maintenance. the manager will say very nicely yes mam we will send it right away but then that is just loose talk, you can just wish that it will be done. Despite all this I really would like to say that hotel waiters are very polite and helpful especially Afaque and mosahid were very polite and very helpful.

It is a very good location hotel having tight security around it. The location is just opposite Dal lake, only to cross the road. But, t Friendly behaviour of the staff.

Poor quality of rooms and washrooms,everything was stinky and no room service provided even after calling the reception many times. AVIOD STAYING IN THIS HOTEL
