Manager is good. food is not good. they will start calling everywhere ( Landline , Mobile, start knocking) to reset parking car. they don't tell in advance which is so irritated. it came into Room 5 am , start knocking at 9:30( morning time) to move back the car just 2-3 feet but why didn't tell it advanced when parked. it was parked as per their given instructions. bathroom is not good , can u anybody from our side while bathing in case didn't set the window plates.

hotel staff behavior excellent, reception counter person very friendly and helpfull. room was specious. clean room and entirety clean. A. C. working good. pleasant stay. specious room, neat and clean. staff behavior friendly. reception person very good smiling and helpful behavior. enjoyed for 3 days.

there were no gyser They provide low class room but I booked deluxe room they were charging 10% extra charges out of booking amount on foods and service , which is not legal. TV was. not working too. very bad experience very poor service..

Very good stay with coperative staff and most importantly Sir (owner I guess) at the reception was very cool and nice person. No problem at all.. food is also very nice.. 700 m from jhandewalan metro station..easy walkin distance. safety..

Very average Hotel. No response from the staff. The rulebook is long but the service is not at par. TV also makeshift arrangements. Intercom not working. AC is old and noisy. Overall not value for money.

Average stay, rooms are small and look very congested, they don't provide drinking water. but the property is located in a very prime location, and near the metro station. My over all experience was good.
