Property is right on the beach, away from public access. While they do not have a direct approach road to the property, the hotel manages this hassle very well. There is a 24*7 Jeep service back and forth from the Colva junction to the reception area. The hotel is very well maintained, clean, away from the crowd and very green. People who intend to hire a vehicle, do note that you need to park at the public parking. Now coming to the cons: 1. The restaurant and their room service is extremely disappointing. It's their arbitrary rules that's the problem - while the food is reasonably good. They have extremely strict breakfast, lunch and dinner timings. In the interim period they serve limited snack menu. If you happen to miss the breakfast (which is included with the room tarrif), they simply deny to provide breakfast despite requesting to pay for it seperately. All this becomes even more troublesome given the seclusion of the hotel from everything else (which is otherwise a positive). You are left with no other option but to head to Colva junction (which is a 10 min Jeep ride away). Since we found ourselves in the property during heavy storms, we found this issue exceptionally restrictive. 2. The restaurant is over-priced, taking advantage of the secludedness of the hotel. This takes away the charm of the hotel as a one-stop chill place. 3. The hotels hospitality seems a little lacking. For instance, we asked if they had any recommendations for service providers from whom we could hire a car / bike. Apparently not. Which is very odd, especially in a place like Goa. It is a humble request to the hotel management to work on these cons. Till then, we will opt for a different property despite the excellent location, clean and quiet beach.

The property is well maintained. But there are many things to be improved. First of all the location is false location. Actual priority is far from the meeting point and you cannot walk there . We booked tropical room - the room doesn't have TV and minibar. Make sure to check amenities before booking. I assumed that we will get TV and fridge in the room and it was a disappointment. Anyways people are nice , its a quiet place to enjoy me time . Bring your own entertainment as there is nothing to do as such

Very average hotel. A lot of mosquitos right outside the rooms and a fair number inside the room as well. The bathroom was very small and you can expect everything to get wet when you take a shower in there. Breakfast spread was decent, nothing too extra. Accessibility to the beach and their own shack was a pro certainly, and since it's away from other hotels and resorts, the beach was pretty clean and uncrowded! Worth it if you get it for under 3k, but definitely not more than that.

We had a great experience. The resort is just minutes away from main colva beach but provides private beach experience away from the crowd due to it's location. They provide 24/7 jeep service from main colva beach, but if you are looking for a relaxed beach side vacation, you don't need to go out much. The best part is the restaurant, you can spend your entire day relaxing and munching. Food was good with lots of variety in the menu.

great service and friendly staff. breakfast fare is also good. property has beach access, which is a plus, and also a 24/7 jeep service to shuttle guests from the colva circle main road. unfortunately, rooms are subpar at best. the tropical rooms are really tiny and not much privacy with regards to the neighbouring rooms. bed linen was also really stained. imho, overpriced for the quality of rooms.

The food at their restaurant was very poor with respect to quality. we got diarrhea and vomiting after eating their food and the staff was very rude non cooperative after reporting food issue.The stay was ok

it was a very good experience. especially the beach access and jeep service 24x7 as there is no motorable road to the resort. amenities like tv and hair dryer would have made it more comfortable.

Good hotel, peaceful location, cleaned rooms and washroom. Helpful staff. This place is to chill with your friends and family. The beach is nearby to the hotel and it's quite clean.

Room tariff is overpriced for the facility being provided. Upon asking for something to sit on the beach front deck, they denied.
