Its a shabby paying guest ( PG), not a Hotel. Below is the details why I am rating them poor:1. There was used towel and soap in the bathroom, literally the towel was wet and hanging typically like a PG. Washroom very filthy, lots of hairs around, seems it was not cleanes sincle ages, you will have vomiting sensation, After seeing the condition of the washroom we changed the hotel. 2. Mattrese and bed quality is pathetic. 3. Its 20 story building with just 2 small lifts and one service lift, for roughly 700 people occupying the building because there is public gym also on the 5/6th floor. precisely 10 min waiting time for elevator. 4. There is no front desk or staff visble. 5. No room service6. No parking at all, the security gaurd don't even suggest you where to park. Overall as I said, Its NOT A HOTEL, ITS A PG, wherein they give empty rooms on daily basis.

I stayed for 2 days gyser was not working for 1 hour no body was giving proper solution. one of staff when I said about gyser issue, he said it's not my issue, every staff was not taking responsibility. at last for 2 days I bath in anothers room. I stayed 2 days, they not cleaned my room Service is big issue, photos of same uploaded, even when I said to clean room, they skiped me and not cleaned my room, So leave at your own risk, some people drinked tea but they even not cleaned ketel and Glass, So upset on services

it's a colive concept which they are trying 1 floor as a hotel but lack basic facilities required for a hotel no room service available. no intercom, coffee maker with tea bags, coffee or sugar. room was small but comfortable. but not recommended for business travellers
