the good thing was the rooms were big.. thts it. the room was not clean also the mattresses were not clean. no door mat is available in room. all over rooms ants n small insects were crawling.. TV was not working. we complaint abt it on first day but they didn't bother to look after it. no towels no glasses in rooms. was very worst experience ever. one more thing to add electricity is nt available 3-4 times in day n night. it was very pathetic experience all over. if anyone thinking of booking this property think twice. n more over they Ask 1000 as security deposit we agreed n while leaving tym they are are asking car parking charges.. wht to say ... overall very bad experience.

Everything was fine except the TV got faulty and caretaker could not get repaired the same. This is an apartment hence no room service available but good for privacy and all other amenities like AC, Fridge, Oven, Utensils, etc. available. Owner allowed delayed checkout without any extra payment.

worst staff none of them are co operative free breakfast is just for show even they didn't give tea wid break fast tea also chargeable even there staf is lier even the name of the apartment is mentioned is wrong the name is calangute braganza in a simple language worst trip ever

The stay was very nice.owner and care taker had shown good hospitality from arrival at resort to the end of the stay.The location is also at walking distance towards beach, market and restaurant's .Overall nice experience.👍🏻

Good for the amount you pay in goa. It is a flat with 1 living room and 1 bedroom with Ac in only bedroom. Service is fine. Owner is co-operative. Suitable for you if you can manage without facilities that Hotels provide.

nice 1bhk appartment with 2swimming pool ... nice parking place for cars and bikes... calungute beach is just in walking distance.. adjacent to market place.
