worst experience.... * Room is fully water if raining outside. * You cant even touch eny where in bathroom. * You can't sit in toilet seat, because bathroom width less than the 90cm. * AC is showing that, its working but you only get sound frm the AC, not even air is not coming. * TV is show piece. not working and also you can't touch it. completely un hygienic. * Staffs are idiots, because they are busy on doing nothing. * Hot water is not available. * Sheets are awkward. * Don't heve any towels available. * My check-in time is 12pm , but they told me to wait because they are cleaning the room. I waited and got key at 1.30 pm , still room is a mess.. * Never recommend such a mess

The most bad experience i ever had. i did not even stay there because the room maintenance was very bad. there is no neatness, no hot water, all the electric switches are broken, TV is broken, beer bottles everywhere, no good services available, dirty blankets and pillows.. its completely very bad and horrible. after seeing all this i didn't stay there and i couldn't get my refund for room cancelation. the hotal management is also very bad they did not even care about anything. they don't respond anything about the complements. never book your stay here. its my honest revive.

The room was nice for staying back and relaxing after a pretty long day of traveling,it is located in a very central area so everything is almost a walkable distance. The service was pretty average wouldn't say the best but they made sure our needs were met everyday. The hotel is pretty chill but the only drawback is there were a tons of bugs in our shower area which cost them a star It's location as it was very close to the metro and a lot of restaurants and pubs

THIS WAS A WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. AFTER CHECKIN THE ROOM IS FULL OF BEDBUGS. WHOLE NIGHT BED BUGS WERE SQUEEZED MY BLOOD. NOT EVEN SLEPT FOR 30MINUTED. HOTEL WAS DENIED OF CHANGING THE ROOM. BUT I WAS BOOKED IT FOR 2 DAYS. MY WHOLE MONEY IS WASTED. AND ITS MY BAD TIME EVER. BAD HOTEL. DON'T GO TO THIS HOTEL. I WAS CHECKED OUR FOR ONE DAY ONLY. I CANT BARE THIS TORCHER.

Disgusting stay. No hot water. Bathroom blocked.. Acc water leaking on face while using washroom. 3rd rated breakfast. After having breakfast u should go back to wash ur hand. I'll never recommend anyone. Room doors have tinted glass night light from outside. No room service. The guy in front office Doesn't know how to respect guest.
