I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The rooms were not up to par, as there was hair on the bedsheet and blanket. The bathroom was also in a very unsatisfactory state, making it difficult to use. Due to the overall lack of cleanliness, my companions and I had to swiftly change our accommodation and find an alternative hotel within just five minutes of our arrival.

if you are having minimum budget then you can opt for this hotel,the location o the property is a problem as it is interior and is not near to payal cinema.so sometimes the cab driver may get confused where is the exact location and can charge more to drop at exact location. TV was not in working condition.

The stay was not good.. it's only okok,There is no drinking water..many times called then provided, towels were not provided,even glass for drinks water not available.... there is no option of glass..... charge extra money after then paid so location is good but need some improvement.. otherwise okok

totally a waste...never ever book this property...they charged me extra from the booking amount...i booked and paid online...booking was confirmed...still they forced me to pay 400 extra at reception...they said in the booked amount they can not give me room...i have no option.

I don't have any option to rate in negative, else I would I rated in negative. I had a booking for 3 days but the room allotted was so poor with no facilities available, and after inquiring about it reception person said it was the only room available at that price.

worst experience staying there..never recommend to visit that property. The room was ok but the bathroom was pathetic .No hygiene, geyser was not working in winters.exhaust not working. owerall worst property to try . nothing to like..worst property ever I stayed.

Ghatiya hotel they denied access against booking. they charged 800 extra than the booking amount as i had no choice aa i was with my family at that point of time doesn't make sense to search new hotel The worst service I got in my life never visit there

Stay was not comfortable. There was no power backup a/c was not working. Staff is good but washroom condition is very pathetic shower was broken and basic amenities was not given.
