plus points - 1. excellent hospitality. the quality of a resort/ hotel is measured mainly by its staff and hospitality. thanks a ton to the extremely hospitable zara at the reception who left no stone unturned to provide us with as good a service and comfort at the hotel, as possible. i would also like to thank the cart driver prabhat for ferrying us to and fro in the hotel with a smile and politeness on his face. thanks to afroz and her team for taking care of the housekeeping! but first and foremost it is the charming zara who took care of our needs at the resort. a lovely little cake was sent on my birthday and the room was decorated as well. thanks to the courtesy shown by the staff. i also got a birthday gift of assorted chocolates and cookies. all thanks to zara. 2. amazing beach- we had the sea front rooms. there's a 5 min walk to the private sea beach (for an obese person like me). but the beach and the sea is amazing here. neat and clean beach. we spent absolutely marvellous evenings and nights here.3. lush green property - wonderful property with lush grass and coconut and bamboo trees. the property is a treat to stroll in.4. rooms - rooms are not very big but the balconies attached make the view lovely. the furniture is simple bit attractive to look at. 5. the independence day celebrations were perfect either flag hoisting, proper march past, short speech, a song performance, flag painting on hands and faces, tri coloured food and drinks and a lovely presentation over all. minus points - 1. stay here if you want a peaceful holiday with your family. if you are a party animal, always stay in north goa. we had to come from north goa for two days and it was quoted hectic and a bit scary travelling from 1:30 to 3 at night. other option is to stay two days in north goa and two days in south goa.2. the carts are few as compared to the number of rooms. i think only 6 cqrts for about 195 rooms. so the car takes anywhere between 5 to 20 mins to come to the room. 3. the breakfast is quite normal, not a heavenly one. the resort must improve the quality of few items. the variety was much though.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Caravela Beach Resort for 7 days, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality and attention to detail made our vacation truly memorable. A special mention to Fatimah and Sanya from Housekeeping, whose dedication to keeping our room spotless and well-stocked made our stay comfortable. Their friendly smiles and prompt service added a personal touch to the experience. During a special dinner event,Ria and Gorakh provided impeccable service. Their attentiveness and knowledge of the menu made the evening even more enjoyable. The massage sessions with Guruji Jagadeesh was one of the highlights of our stay. His expertise and calming energy made for a truly rejuvenating experience. A heartfelt thank you to Ajay, the FnB Manager, for overseeing all our dining experiences with such care and professionalism. His recommendations and attention to our preferences made every meal delightful. On our last day - Babyrose at the buffet remembered our favourite order and sent us complimentary drinks - it was amazing that they paid attention to individual guests even when multiple events were going on. The entire team at Caravella Beach Resort made our vacation unforgettable, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

We were really pleased with our stay at "Caravela Beach Resort"...the location is no less than fabulous...the room was nice clean and comfortable...their entire team is very courteous and helpful...the food is absolutely delicious and am impressed by the attentiveness of the team at the restaurants...They have a separate vegan breakfast option in the breakfast menu of the restaurants and even a variety of healthy gluten free breads in the breakfast buffet...the chefs' were very proactive in the vegan preparations...special thanks to Chef Prasad, Chef Jatin and Mr. Nitesh for their gesture...the vegan muffins were a delight...interacted with couple of the staff members and found all polite and respectful...every thing was well managed and well coordinated...looking forward to more comfortable and peaceful stays in the future !!

The stay was awesome, the property is old school kind, but gives an extra ordinary touch. The property has direct beach access with sands and clear ocean water. The buffet spread is good but the taste lacks a bit. The pool is great but was not cleaned. We had ground floor ocean view room and the view is pretty with ocean and green lush golf course and garden. There are only 10 ocean view rooms 5 on ground floor 5 on upper floor. The other rooms have garden and pool view. The washroom and room are clean and upto the mark. Only thing which I didn't like was the checkin and checkout time, checkin is at 3 and checkout is at 11 which is very different from other hotels, late checkout and early checkin have extra charges. Although on availability they can have exceptions. The staff is also nice. I enjoyed the stay a lot

Overall, it was an excellent stay in Caravela resort. I lived there 3 nights with my family, wife and 2 children. Resort location, its road access, swimming pool and private beach are very good and well maintained. All staff are very polite, helpful and professional. Special thanks to Ms. Ankita, cause I forgot my mobile in buffet dinner on 9th Nov and not aware about it, she called to my room and asked my children to collect it, even though she don't know our room details. Also Mr. Rohidash, Mr. Sujay and Mr. Aukush, very good response for everything, which made our stay wonderful and really enjoyed it.

Beach was perfect to watch the sunset Sunset restaurant was excellent to have the seafood Breakfast spread was sumptuous. We visited Caravela beach resort recently and had the most amazing relaxing experience... The property is beautiful with lush green lawns, amazing private beach and resort pool. The setting is absolutely kid friendly. Rooms were amazing and the staff is super polite and friendly. You can do watersports at the hotel beach itself. It's one of the most sought after resorts in South Goa.. highly recommend it!

It was a fabulous experience staying at Caravela. We ordered lunch from menu, it was served well. We liked the hospitality n amenities. The rooms are spacious. It's a beach property. They have large green area. Make sure not to book cab from goa miles. There is a taxi stand. They wont allow goa miles driver to reach there.

we had booked a superior room wherein we stayed there for 3 nights however there was an issue with the air conditioner hence the hotel only decided to shift us to a premium suite for 2 nights, thanks for the upgrade my family loves the stay. we were satisfied with the stay
